FAQ

  • “I myself am a current student, but I am bringing a guest who is not. Do they pay full price?”
Yes, as the society has limited funds due to its recent revival, we can only offer discounted prices for people that at the moment still have student status.
  • “How do I prove my student status?”
University students are asked to provide their University e-mail address. This enables us to check the student status, if required.
  • “I have sent the payment but I am afraid it might not arrive in time. What should I do?”
Send us an e-mail at cubelgiansociety@gmail.com to confirm that you have sent us the money. We will then put you on the guest list, conform the sign-up form you submitted. Should you do so, you are liable for 100% of the cost as you will be on the guest list.
